Week 13 - Final Report Brief.

       For this week, Sir Zul make a briefing about the final presentation and final report on the project of the subject System Engineering. The details as below:

Description of tasks for the final presentation and final report

 

Final presentation

·         From your proposal presentation, revise it if necessary of the system that you are going to develop.

·         You must have an application for your system.

·         Use Capella to perform operational analysis. You must present in the final presentation

the operational analysis with as much detail necessary.

·         The other stages system analysis, logical architecture and physical architecture just

mentioned briefly in your presentation.

·         Ideally at the end of all the stages you would have developed a model of the system.

·         For our exercise you need to develop a simple model of your system without using the full steps of Capella.

 

Final report

·         Describe the system hardware and software, how to test the system, how to deploy and maintain the system.

 

After finished the briefing, Sir Zul continued with the introduction to the Capella. This to show us about the functioning of Capella on what, how, when, why, where and who. It is to provide us a teaching learning about this software on making our project through this software Capella.

Week 10 - Capella Tutorial.

         For  this week, we learn how to using Capella Project during the tutorial period. Dr. Zaki was asking each group member to do the tutorial.  We use this application because it can match the criteria at the end of the project based on the format of Prof. Zul given.           The Capella workbench provides methodological guidance, including an engineering workflow with clear modeling objectives, and an advanced set of productivity tools. It helps us to do the block diagram for our project. We can see the advantages of these applications.                Capella is a concrete illustration of an open and field-proven approach that can solve major concrete industrial challenges.      For this week, we learned about system architecting  is the conceptual model that defines the structure, behavior, and more views of a  system . An  architecture  description is a formal description and representation of a  system , organized in a way that supports reasoning about the structures and behaviors of the  system .  Architecture is associated with structures, their relationships, and expectation for their design. This applies to complex systems, such as aircraft, power plants, and spacecraft, as much as buildings.       There are three types of architecture. The first is functional architecture.
